A.R.Rehman

     Allah Rakkha Rahman (born January 6, 1966 as A. S. Dileep Kumar in Chennai,Tamil Nadu,India) is aGolden Globe and National Film Award winning Indian film composer,and musician. His work has garnered considerable acclaim and a large global fan base since his career scoring film began in the early 1990s. 

  Working in several of India's film industries,international cinema and theatre, by 2003, Rahman, in a career spanning over a decade, has sold more than 100 million records of his film scores andsound tracks worldwide, and sold over 200 million cassettes making him one of the world's top 10 all-time top selling recording artists. His acclaimed music compositions have led TIME magazine to declare him the "Mozart of Madras" and several Tamil commentators have given him the title Isai Puyal (Musical Storm).

Hemant Karkare

      Hemant Karkare, Maharashta Police’s Anti-Terrorism Squad chief, was among the 11 police officials who were killed while fighting terrorists in Mumbai on 27 November 2008 . Karkare(54), was killed in a shootout with terrorists at the Taj Intercontinental Hotel where terrorists have taken at least 15 people hostage.
      
     Karkare, a 1982 batch IPS officer, had returned to his state cadre after a seven-year tenure with the Research and Analysis Wing, Indian external intelligence agency, in Austria. His death is likely to affect the probe into the Malegaon blast.Additional commissioner Ashok Kamte and ‘encounter specialist’ Vijay Saluskar were killed in a shootout with terrorists at Metro Cinema.
